Emmanuel Idiagi is an educator, social impact leader, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for educational equity and youth development across Africa. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Intellectual Giants in Africa Foundation (INGAF), a nonprofit organization committed to expanding access to quality education, literacy, skills development, and life-changing opportunities for vulnerable children and adolescents from underserved communities.

His passion for education stems from witnessing the devastating impact of poverty, child labour, and limited opportunities on many bright young people. These experiences inspired a lifelong commitment to helping children and youth unlock their potential through education, mentorship, and empowerment.

Emmanuel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Benin, Nigeria, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education through an affiliate programme of the University of Maiduguri. He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) of Nigeria.

Driven by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, dream, and succeed, he founded INGAF with a vision of raising a generation of intellectual giants who will contribute meaningfully to Africa’s transformation. What began as a small learning initiative serving a few children has grown into a movement promoting literacy, educational support, skills development, and youth empowerment.

Beyond INGAF, Emmanuel is the Chief Executive Officer of Sages Educational Consultancy (SEC) Limited, a Business Mentor with Upskill Universe, and the Nigerian Country Director for the Murdock-Thompson Center for Teachers (USA), where he supports teacher innovation and educational excellence.

Over the years, he has trained, mentored, and inspired thousands of educators, students, entrepreneurs, and young leaders across Africa. His vision is to see every child equipped with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities needed to become a leader, innovator, and changemaker.
